Business Administration, Marketing, from the University of South Carolina, Melanie has over ten years of Fortune 500 experience in sales and marketing. Her excellence in project management combined with a keen sense of empathy allows her to truly listen to your needs, identify your goals and create efficient means to your end while working towards the bigger picturetime saving solutions for YOU.
Melanie is an active member of The Junior League of Columbia, an organization dedicated to helping children and families in the Midlands.

Kim Dickerson Leighton complements the driving philosophy of Considerate Done through her broad scope of organizational, team building, strategic planning, and memory preservation skills.
The Columbia, SC native holds a Masters in Higher Education Administration from the University of South Carolina, where she also served as Student Body President. This and her many years of sales and event planning in both the public and private sectors have firmly established her abilities to communicate clearly and understand the needs of her clients.
But what makes Kim especially unique is her ability to handle difficult situations with humor, grace, patience and compassion. A cancer survivor and mother of a 1 year old, Kim understands the significance of balance and orderkey components that allow you
more time to spend in ways that are most valuable to you.
She combines professional and personal experiences to offer unique services to clients: memory preservation and organizational support for families. Whether it’s helping new families minimize stress by implementing time saving solutions or by preserving photos,
children’s artwork or family heirlooms, Kim offers tailor-made systems to meet their needs.
Kim is a Deacon and Sunday school teacher at Eastminster Presbyterian church, is a Board Member of St. Lawrence Place, and serves on the Board of Governors for the Carolina Alumni Association. She is an active member of The Junior League of Columbia, an organization dedicated to helping children and families in the Midlands.
